Newcastle Athletic Field Management Incorporated - INC9893425.

The Newcastle Athletic Field Management Incorporated (NAFMI) committee is responsible for the care, control and management of the Newcastle Athletic Field. As a part of their care, control and management role the NAFMI Committee is responsible for all activities and events within the sports ground that relate to athletics.

Initial booking enquiries for the Newcastle Athletic Field must be directed to the City of Newcastle, the facility owner: https://newcastle.nsw.gov.au/explore/recreation/sportsground-bookings

The City of Newcastle determines facility hire fees and charges. After confirming a booking, the City will issue the event licence and advise NAFMI when an athletics-based event requires NAFMI support.

NAFMI sets the fees and charges for hiring athletic equipment, photo-finish equipment and the results portal, and for assigning accredited New South Wales Athletics officials.

The NAFMI Booking Coordinator will contact the licence holder to discuss the booking and provide any additional information required.

The licence holder will be invoiced for athletic equipment use and any accredited officials engaged.

The Committee Members of the Newcastle Athletic Field Management Inc are made up of several sporting groups who represent a broad range of sports which utilise the Newcastle Athletic Field.
